INGREDIENTS

1Pkg. frozen spinach
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1can French Fried onions
6 Tablespoons butter
Cracker crumbs

DIRECTIONS

1.) Cook spinach as per package directions. Drain well.

2.) Heat soup and cream cheese together stir until nice and smooth and then mix with the spinach, and the onion rings.

3.) Pour into a Pam sprayed casserole dish.

4.) Melt butter, and add cracker crumbs.

5.) Spread on top of spinach mixture and bake at 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or til heated through.

INGREDIENTS

3 green peppers with the tops cut off
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Stroganoff sauce mix
1 lb. ground beef chuck
minced onion
Garlic Salt
water
crushed red pepper

DIRECTIONS

1.) Cut the tops off of three green peppers and make sure all of the seeds are out.

2.) Brown one pound of ground beef chuck in a saucepan on the stove. After the beef is brown stir in stroganoff mix and water.

3.) Sprinkle the top of the beef with minced onion and garlic salt. Stir in 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese.

4.) Fill the peppers with the beef and sprinkle the top with crushed red pepper and parmesan.

5.) Cook for 25 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees.
