
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon Italian-style seasoning
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.) In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs and ketchup. Season with Italian-style seasoning, oregano, basil, garlic salt, diced tomatoes and cheese. Press into a 9×5 inch loaf pan, and cover loosely with foil.
3.) Bake in the preheated oven approximately 1 hour, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

INGREDIENTS

1 onion diced
1 green pepper diced
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup Dockside Island Jerk Sauce (cooked in meatloaf)
1/4 cup Dockside Island Jerk Sauce for finishing sauce.
DIRECTIONS
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.) Mix all ingredients and place in a loaf pan.
3.) About 15 minutes befor done pour on Dockside Island Jerk Sauce(or which ever Jerk Sauce you prefer).
4.) Let cool, cut and serve.

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
DIRECTIONS
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.)In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, salt, ground black pepper, eggs, onion flakes and 1/2 of the can of tomato sauce. Mix together well and place into a 5×9 inch loaf pan.
3.) Push the meatloaf down into the pan forming a well for the sauce around all the edges.
4.) Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 minutes.
5.) Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the remaining tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, white sugar and mustard. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
6.) After meatloaf has cooked for 40 minutes, remove from oven and pour sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
7.) Return to oven and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 more minutes. Let sit 5 minutes before removing from pan.

What makes this meatloaf so good is how you cook it! It’s very important to cook this in a baking dish rather than a loaf pan. The grease will drain from the meatloaf this way, and it will be firmer and taste better.

1/2 onion, chopped
1 (10 ounce) package saltine crackers, crushed
salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon steak sauce
2 eggs
3/4 cup water
DIRECTIONS
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.) In a large bowl, combine the beef, onion, crushed crackers, salt, ground black pepper, steak sauce, eggs and water and mix well. Transfer to an ungreased 9×13 inch baking dish. Form into a loaf about 6×10 inches.
3.) Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until center is completely cooked.
